  1. How effective are the Dr. Nima products?
    As is the nature of all cosmetic products, results may vary by individual. As part of product development, each of the ingredients and formulations within them have been extensively researched, studied and tested and as such are designed and created for best results.
  2. Can I get a sample of any products?
    We do not offer product samples at this time.
  3. Are the Dr. Nima products tested on animals?
    Absolutely not. All Dr. Nima products are cruelty free and have not been tested on animals in any way, shape or form.
  4. The product(s) I want are out of stock – what can I do?
    Please e-mail us on info@drnimalondon.com and we can update you as to when your desired product(s) will be back in stock and available to purchase and enjoy.
  5. Can I sell Dr. Nima London products in my online and / or physical store?
    To discuss distribution and retailer options, please e-mail info@drnimalondon.com with your proposal. Dr. Nima London products are exclusively sold online at drnimalondon.com at this time. They cannot be purchased on any other website, over the phone or from any physical bricks and mortar locations at this time.
  6. Are the Dr Nima products safe to use during pregnancy? The ingredients used in Dr Nima London are not deemed to be harmful during pregnancy.

Orders

  1. How can I buy a product(s)?
    Dr. Nima products are exclusively sold online at www.drnimalondon.com at this time. They cannot be purchased on any other website, over the phone or from any physical bricks and mortar locations at this time.
  2. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
    To cancel an order, please contact info@drnimalondon.com and include your order reference number in this e-mail. Please note that if your order has already been completed by our order processing team that it is too late to cancel. In this instance you can return your products for a refund once the security tab on your product(s) remains completely intact and has not been broken or tampered with in any way. Please see the Returns & Refunds section below for more information.
  3. My order has not arrived / is missing – what can I do?
    We hope that there are never any order problems, but if there are please e-mail info@drnimalondon.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible. To make the process as quick as possible, please include your order reference number in this e-mail. Please note that we are unable to reship an order until it has either been returned to and received by Dr. Nima London or been officially declared missed by the postal carrier.
  4. There is a problem with my order – what can I do?
    We hope that there are never any order problems, but if there are please e-mail info@drnimalondon.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible. To make the process as quick as possible, please include your order reference number in this e-mail as well as any photographs of the products if they are damaged or incorrect etc.

Shipping

  1. How much does standard shipping cost?
    Shipping is free for a 2-4 day service delivering within the UK. You have the option for a next day service which will cost £1.99 when orders are made before 4pm. European and international orders are charged at £2.99 and take up to 14 days for delivery.
  2. How long does standard shipping take?
    Standard shipping takes two to four working days after your order is placed and paid for in full.
  3. How long does express shipping take?
    Usually this would be the next business day if ordered before 4pm, however this can take up to two business days

Returns & Refunds

Please note: there are no returns on any adverse reactions or if the product is used incorrectly. All ingredients and products tested are approved according to EU mandate and requirements. All products pass the chemical assessment tests required by the EU regulation.

  1. Can I return my product(s) for a refund?
    Once the security tab on your product(s) remains completely intact and has not been broken or tampered with in any way; you can return your product(s) for a refund within fourteen days of purchase (proof of purchase required).
  2. If the security tab on my product(s) is not completely intact and has been broken or tampered with in any way; can I return my product(s) for a refund?
    No. Please note that due to the hygienic nature of these products that a refund can only be accepted and processed if the security tab on your product(s) remains completely intact and has not been broken or tampered with in any way.
  3. How will I receive my refund?
    Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  4. Will the cost of shipping and handling be refunded to me?
    Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. This includes when returning a product / products.
  5. What happens if I am returning products and they got lost in the postal system.
    We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the postal system – however unlikely this may be to happen. To avoid this, you can choose to pay for registered post or a courier service who provides tracking on items. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.   6. Do you offer exchanges?
    Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.

    Please e-mail info@drnimalondon.com if you need to make contact. Dr. Nima himself endeavours to respond to queries, but as he is often in treatment he cannot tend to phone calls – that is why e-mail is the preferred method.
